Return & Refund Policy
At S R Jewellers, we take pride in delivering high-quality diamond and gold jewellery. Please read our Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase:
1. Returns
We do not accept product returns once the jewellery is sold, as each piece is custom crafted and handled with care.
Returns are only accepted if the product is delivered in damaged or defective condition. In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product with proper evidence (unboxing video/pictures).
2. Exchanges
We allow exchanges within 15 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
It must include all original packaging, certificates, and invoices.
Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not qualify.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges during exchange.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as the jewellery enters the production/dispatch stage.
4. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if the order is cancelled within the allowed 24-hour window.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
No refunds are given for shipping charges.
5. Shipping Policy
Since we offer wholesale prices, shipping charges are applicable on all orders.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partners and location.
S R Jewellers is not responsible for delays caused by courier/shipping partners.
