Lifetime Exchange

• You can exchange your diamond jewelry anytime in the future for another piece of equal or higher value.

• Exchange Value:

  • Diamond Value: 100% of the prevailing market value.

  • Gold Value: 100% of the prevailing market rate (based on purity and weight).

  • Making Charges: Deducted at 100% (non-refundable).

• The new purchase must be of equal or higher value than the exchanged item.

Buyback

• If you choose to sell your jewelry back to us, we will offer:

  • Diamond Value: 90% of the prevailing market value.

  • Gold Value: 100% of the prevailing market rate (based on purity and weight).

  • Making Charges: Deducted at 100% (non-refundable).

Eligibility

• Item must be in its original condition with the original invoice and diamond certificate.

• Custom-made or damaged jewelry will be evaluated before acceptance.

Important Notes

• Market value is determined based on current gold and diamond rates at the time of exchange/buyback.

• Shipping costs for sending jewelry to us for evaluation will be borne by the customer.

• SR Diamonds reserves the right to reject jewelry if it fails the authenticity or quality check.
