By purchasing from S R Jewellers, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Authenticity

  • All our jewellery is crafted with authenticity and quality. Certificates (where applicable) are provided with the product.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made through accepted modes: GPay, UPI, Net Banking, Debit Cards, and Credit Cards.

  • Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.

3. Order Fulfilment

  • Orders will be processed and shipped as per the estimated timelines.

  • Delays due to courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be raised within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are permitted within 15 days subject to the conditions mentioned in our Exchange Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • S R Jewellers is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused during transit by courier/shipping partners.

  • We are not liable for misuse of products after delivery.

7. Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to Surat, Gujarat jurisdiction only.
